A little about me…
I'm the oldest of 6 children. I am incredibly fortunate to share my adult life with my beloved husband, Walt. I’m also the proud mother of 3 rambunctious and spirited children Jacob, Lily and Townes (yes, it’s official we are calling Parker by his middle name – I was out voted).

I’m a full time senior consultant for mid-to-large size corporations with a passion for DIY projects in my spare time. I love yoga, dark chocolate, red wine, traveling (although we are on a hiatus with the young kids), gardening, and finding good deals or hidden treasures (aka I love to shop). I love the sound of little feet running through the house on a Saturday morning, our children’s infectious laughter and my baby boy’s contagious smile.
I enjoy to decorate, undecorate (I’m pretty sure I just made up a word) and redecorate. I subscribe to more magazines than I have time to read and I’m addicted to more blogs than I care to admit. This blog is my outlet to share the things I love. I tend to ramble and talk out loud (which drives my husband crazy) and the blog is no different. You'll see run on sentences and a lot of {parentheses} where I'm thinking (or talking) to myself.
About the blog…
The blog is a little bit about everything we have going on. It’s my little place to document family moments and share decorating ideas, DIY projects, crafts, recipes, and more. It’s been an honor to have blog content featured on several sites including:
Apartment Therapy, Babble, The Frugal Girls (here and here), Tatertots and Jello (here, here and here), Savvy Southern Style, Somewhat Simple, Serenity Now, I Heart Naptime and The CSI Project.
and in the 2012 Fall issue of Cottages and Bungalows magazine.
You can read more about how I started blogging and what I love about it here. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and I’ve love to have you back!

Hi Angela – I tried to reply to your comment asking about the Cricut, but it was left as a no reply! Send me your e-mail address & I’ll send you the reply – it’s kind of long so I won’t post it all here! Thanks!
